Design services
The focus of our activity is comprehensive design services in the field of railway and tramway facilities, as well as road and energy infrastructure.
We offer design services, such as:
- conceptual studies
- construction designs
- detailed designs
- cost estimates
- tender documents
- as-built designs
We are part of the tasks carried out in the ‘design and build’ system, i.e. we are responsible for architectural and construction designs, but also for obtaining the administrative decisions necessary to start work under a building permit.

- permits required under the Water Law Act

Our knowledge of the wider “design and build” context allows us to better understand the needs of the client and the other stakeholders while our competence and knowledge of the market enable effective technical and cost optimisations.
Verification of documentation
We are part of the project supervision where we act as verifiers of project documentation also for optimisation purposes.
We carry out verification of documents in accordance with Polish and European standards.
First and foremost, we work in accordance with the Construction Law which requires the designer to ensure that the architectural and construction design is checked for compliance with the regulations, including the technical and construction regulations, by a person who is authorised to design without limitations in the relevant specialisation, or by a construction expert.
Our competence and knowledge of the market allow us to make effective technical and cost optimisations, and compliance with the applicable regulations, norms and standards translates into the highest quality and safety of our implementations.
Architect supervision
We provide architect supervision over our own and entrusted projects.
Our supervision services include:
- project management
- control over the compliance of project implementation with the building permit, design, the technical principles, provisions of the Polish Construction Law and FIDIC requirements
- advisory services with respect to the feasibility of introducing solutions alternative to those provided for in the design upon the notification of the site manager, developer or developer’s supervision inspector
- control over the implementation of the material and financial schedule
- supervision over the quality of the works performed and construction materials used
- verification of the project documentation, its completeness and compliance with construction standards
- monitoring and assessment of the progress of work on the construction site, including assessment of compliance of the project with the schedule
- analysis and assessment of risks and threats during project execution
- technical and cost optimisation
The obligation to ensure architect supervision, in addition to best practice, may be specified in the building permit in the case of high complexity of the construction works or anticipated environmental impact.
